Ingredients

1 cup rolled oats
- Half-cup milk (almond milk, non-fat milk, etc)
- Half-cup water
- teaspoon of honey
- Fruits at your choice for toppings: banana, strawberry, other berries, mango, pinneaple, etc
How-to
- Combine the oats, the water and the milk in a small saucepan.
- Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce the heat to medium-low
- cook until the water has been absorbed, about 5 minutes.
- Put in a bowl and top with fruit
- Let it cool on the fridge for about 2 minutes
- Before serving, fill it up with honey
- Enjoy the moment!
