Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • Half-cup milk (almond milk, non-fat milk, etc)
  • Half-cup water
  • teaspoon of honey
  • Fruits at your choice for toppings: banana, strawberry, other berries, mango, pinneaple, etc

How-to

  1. Combine the oats, the water and the milk in a small saucepan.
  2. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce the heat to medium-low
  3. cook until the water has been absorbed, about 5 minutes.
  4. Put in a bowl and top with fruit
  5. Let it cool on the fridge for about 2 minutes
  6. Before serving, fill it up with honey
