Half-cup oats
- Half-cup milk (almond milk, non-fat milk, etc)
- 1/4 cup of iogurt
- 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon of maple syrup or honey
- Extra topings: fresh fruit, dried fruit, nuts and seeds, nut butter.
How-to
- Grab a sealable jar and add all the ingredients for this order (bottom-to-top): oats, milk, yogurt, chia
seeds, honey
- Give it a stir until it's all combined.
- Let it soak in the fridge to soak overnight for 8 hours
- Top your overnight oats with your favorite toppings and enjoy!
