Ingredients

  • Half-cup oats
  • Half-cup milk (almond milk, non-fat milk, etc)
  • 1/4 cup of iogurt
  • 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon of maple syrup or honey
  • Extra topings: fresh fruit, dried fruit, nuts and seeds, nut butter.

How-to

  1. Grab a sealable jar and add all the ingredients for this order (bottom-to-top): oats, milk, yogurt, chia seeds, honey
  2. Give it a stir until it's all combined.
  3. Let it soak in the fridge to soak overnight for 8 hours
  4. Top your overnight oats with your favorite toppings and enjoy!
